SEA FOG

Here's a shot I took a couple of days ago during my flight from Guadalajara, Mexico (GDL), en route to San Francisco, California (SFO). We were cruising 40,000 feet above the earth's surface. This small island in the Gulf of California, was about 80 miles southwest of Hermosillo, Mexico. It was a pretty neat sight!

The texture of the island is amazing. It kind of looks like a crushed sheet of sandpaper. (I haven't had a lot of sleep, so pardon me if that metaphor sounds too whacky.
